Fresh Fruits of Cambodia…!

I bought some fruits in Cambodia at an open air market. I asked the lady “Are these local?” and she said, “Yes.” All the fruits were ripe and very delicious. The avocados, in particular were much larger than those sold in Japan and were truly worthy of being called “butter of the forest.” Avocados are rich in essential potassium, minerals, and B vitamins, and they are recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the most nutritious fruit in the world. There’s no reason not to eat them. I love eating Avocado with Soy sauce and Wasabi! It tastes like カンボジア メシfatty Maguro(Tuna). I brought my own Soy sauce to the trip but forgot to bring Wasabi!! I found Wasabi in Cambodia but it was not what I wanted…No flavor and just too spicy.

Dragon fruit is a healthy fruit rich in magnesium and potassium. It looks very unique, but its taste is light and refreshing. The amount of magnesium in dragon fruit is among the highest of all fruits. Magnesium has antioxidant properties, so it is effective in preventing cancer and lifestyle-related diseases. Additionally, it helps improve constipation, making it perfect for dieting! It’s a miracle fruit that’s great for beauty and health. During this trip, I ate dragon fruit almost every day. Its light taste makes it easy to eat a whole one by myself. I found Yellow Dragon fruits which I have never seen in Japan. The flesh of dragon fruit comes in red and white varieties, both of which are light and juicy. In Japan, they cost around 400 yen each, but in Cambodia, they were about 50 yen.
